Build Muscle Fast

Have you ever sat down and wondered why it is so easy for some people to pack on a large amount of muscle but for you it seems just about impossible? Think about it like this. When one person goes to the gym, you hear stories about how they transformed there body within weeks, but when you go, you feel like you look the same as you did six months ago. Why is this? In this article we are going to go over why you might be having some trouble putting on weight.

1-You arenĂ¢€™t eating enough

If you think that your weight training is the most important thing when it comes to building muscle, think again. Yes, weight training is very important, but it is not near as important as the diet you follow. If you are not eating at least 500 more calories than you burn per day you will not gain weight. Eat enough so you can gain at least two pounds per week.

2-Your sets and reps need to change

If you have been doing the typical three sets of ten to twelve reps, it is time to switch things up. If you are a relatively skinny person, you should never go over eight reps. The reason for this is because if you want your muscles to grow, you need to force them into growing. The only way you can do this is by lifting heavy.

3-Get more sleep

I know this might be hard for some of you because of your busy schedule, but you need to make sure you get at least eight hours of sleep per night. If you do not, then you are going to be cutting your gains short.
