1-Eating the correct amount of calories

In all honesty, weight loss boils down to a simple formula. That formula is calories in verses calories out. If you eat more calories than you burn you are going to gain weight. If you eat fewer calories than you burn then you are going to lose weight. Right now you want to find out how many calories you need to eat per day to maintain weight and subtract it by 500.

2-Having the correct lifestyle

One thing that people don’t often think about is how important their lifestyle actually is to achieving their goal of weight loss. If your lifestyle consists of staying up late and not monitoring how much alcohol you drink, then you are going to have a very tough time losing weight.

3-Workout properly

I hate to be the one to tell you that diet alone is not enough to help you reach the goal you want to reach. You are going to need to start an exercise program that you do about three times per week. Weight training is best but if you can’t do weight training just make sure you get some kind of hour long activity in.
