If you want to make these even harder, all you have to do is hold the bottom position of the squat for three seconds before you come up.

3-Pull ups

In order to perform this exercise, you are going to want to purchase a pull up bar that you can put in the back of the door. We recommend you get one that has the option to choose between different grips, but if you can’t that is fine. Each time you walk in and out of the door where the pull up bar is, try to do a few pull ups.
