1-Change your lifestyle

One of the most important things to gaining weight is something you don’t hear about often. If you change your lifestyle, you might be able to gain weight a lot easier. Are you drinking a lot of water throughout the day? Are you limiting your alcohol intake? Are you getting plenty of sleep? All these things matter when it comes to gaining muscle.

2-Eat more food

I know you are probably sick and tired of hearing this, but if you stand any chance of gaining weight, you are going to have to consume more calories than you burn. The main reason for people not being able to put on weight is because they have a fast metabolism. If you feel like you are eating a lot but the scale isn’t moving, you need to eat more!

3-Reconstruct your workout

Now that your lifestyle and diet are better, you need to take a look at your workout. Right now, you want to lift very heavy. If you are going over six reps then you need to make the weight heavier so you can’t go over six reps.
